The following administrative fees will be charged to anyone receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. There is no cost for the vaccine itself.
· Vaccine 1st Dose - Administrative Fee: $26.50
· Vaccine 2nd Dose - Administrative Fee : $43.00
For the insured - Health plans will be billed and you may be responsible for co-pay, co-insurance or deductible. Please contact your insurance company with questions.
For the uninsured who qualify - we can bill these charges to the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program, with no cost share to the patient.
Because the U.S. supply of COVID-19 vaccine is expected to be limited at first, CDC is providing recommendations to federal, state, and local governments about who should be vaccinated first. They have divided this into 5 phases:

In December, 2020, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued the emergency use authorization (EUA) for a vaccine for the prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older. The emergency use authorization allows the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (for 16 years old and older ) and the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine (for 18 years old and older) to be distributed in the U.S.
